Technical Support for Your Business Management Tools
Depending upon your organization support needs, Dorado Solutions, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are partnered together to provide the following telephone and online technical support plan options noted below.
Technical support is provided by Dorado Solutions consultants. Support requests can be initiated via email, per below. Optionally, for non-critical support requests, many customers prefer to contact their primary consultant directly for support.

For customers enrolled in an annual Enhancement Plan, Microsoft offers a team of Microsoft Dynamics GP Support personnel dedicated to providing technical support services to customers and partners. Support incidents for this team may be initiated via the Customer Source online portal for Dynamics customers or via phone.

Through the Microsoft Customer Source portal, authorized users have access to several support tools, including:

- Online Knowledge Base containing information about technical support issues and resolution procedures
- Unlimited online training: E-Learning, training manuals and other training resources
The Microsoft’s Dynamics Communities page provides the following resources for all Dynamics users:
- Forums – GP Questions and responses from end-users, consultants, Microsoft, etc.
- Blogs – News and informational articles from key Dynamics GP professionals
- Videos – This blog contains videos uploaded by the Dynamics Community Team as well as videos that are relevant to Microsoft Dynamics but not product specific.
- Executive Insights – Get into the minds of the Microsoft Executive team, get their thoughts on the future of Microsoft Dynamics and understand how those within Microsoft deal with financial issues.
